This internal presentation from Netflix has been working its way around the internet for the past day or so but I just had a chance to take a look. It really is quite incredible how they view the company/employee relationship and present it in a very candid way.
Clocking in at 140 slides, it is long but is actually a very quick read. Anyone who manages employees or is trying to envision where to take a company should really spend 5-10 minutes and take a look.
