How Much Is Your E-Mail Account Worth?

Apparently on Monday, Charter Communications was doing a sweep of customer email accounts to delete inactive accounts and managed to accidentally delete 14,000 active accounts as well.  The company says all the data contained in them is irretrievable and that is “sorry”….so they are giving all affected customers a $50 credit on their next bill.  [...]
